Z Fold Cards
Make your print and marketing communications truly unforgettable!
Z Fold Cards offer a unique way to showcase a wealth of information in a convenient, pocket-sized format. These versatile cards can accommodate up to a remarkable 72 printed pages, designed to unfold and reveal your content. This allows you to pack a powerful punch without sacrificing portability. The standard closed cover sizes are 85 x 54mm and 108 x 78mm or can be tailored to your specific requirements.
Our Z Fold Card covers are typically created using laminated materials for added protection and a premium look. There are cover options of 2, 4, or 6 pages, with round corner or square cut options available. Also, we utilise ram-punching in-house for a cost-effective alternative to traditional die-cutting methods. We boast three dedicated glueing lines for automatic cover attachment, which ensures consistent, high-volume production. We have the best recommendations for the materials for your Z Fold Cards, they ensure optimal durability and visual impact. It should also be noted that we have no minimum or maximum run lengths, making us the perfect partner for projects of all sizes.

Printing Specifications and Requirements
For better adhesion to covers and to reduce the risk of cracking on folds, we recommend using uncoated stock. The weight of text insert materials ranges from 60gsm to 90gsm on uncoated and offset materials and 80gsm to 115gsm on silk and coated materials. Cover stocks should be 300gsm to 400gsm uncoated or silk. Covers can be matt, gloss laminated, or UV varnished on the outside, but some laminations may be marked during binding. A border around the cover and text panels should be no wider than 10 mm to 15 mm from the edge.
To guarantee cover adherence to folded insert text, the hot melt glue procedure necessitates blank, ink-free regions and no sealant or coatings. It is advised to avoid ghosting and sticking problems by using Litho printed covers and text, as hot melt dots may feel elevated.
