Miniature Stitching

Our inline stitchers are perfect solutions for large quantities of miniature booklets. These machines significantly reduce production time by performing folding, stitching, and trimming in a single, continuous process. This keeps costs down compared to separate folding and trimming steps. The inline stitchers also include cover feeders, which allow for the use of heavier weight, separate covers for a more premium appearance. Depending on the paper weight, we can manufacture small wire-stitched books with up to 48 pages and a separate cover. These booklets can be printed in multiples (two or three up) on a single sheet and then cut to a minimum size of 50 x 50mm.

We have two dedicated offline miniature saddle stitching machines for smaller print runs. These machines handle pre-planned books that are folded into standard sections. These offline machines produce miniature booklets with up to 60 printed pages. Like the inline stitchers, they can produce booklets as multiples (2 or 3 ups) and trim them to a minimum size of 50 x 50mm. The trimming units on all our booklet stitching machines can be replaced with die-cutting units to create miniature stitched and die-cut booklets in a single, efficient process, maximising production speed and cost-effectiveness.
