Pick and Place
For the automatic tipping of items into flyers, brochures and mailers, Clinical has a custom Pick and Place line. Sample sachets, loyalty cards, and voucher cards are examples of tip-on products that use a peelable adhesive. Products can be tipped on 2 pp card carriers or the inside pages of 4 pp and 6 pp leaflets, which can then be folded to seal the items. The leaflets can also be sealed to create a self-mailer that is prepared for mailing, using a line of peelable adhesive or a perforated disc. Finished stitched booklets and folded leaflets can also have items attached to the outside.
Tabbing
For mail-out brochures and pamphlets, we have two machines. The items are sealed on the foredge with a single or two 25mm frosted circular discs that have a perforation in the middle, depending on the size of the product.

Greeting Cards
We offer a Greetings Card Folder, which can fold a variety of sizes from 350 x 250mm down to 100 x 100mm. The Card Folder can crease or cut-score inline and can fold up to 400 gsm of board weight. If necessary, your cards can be shrink-wrapped into packs and placed in paper or polypropylene bands in addition to being traditionally packed.
