Scheduling Work

If you would like to book a job in with Clinical, we kindly request that you follow the procedure below.

  • Please book in your order with the production office prior to sending in printed sheets so we can agree a suitable schedule, the more notice we have the better lead time we will be able to offer.
  • We would also kindly request that your purchase order is submitted prior to the arrival of goods and please ensure that your order states any specific packing / labelling instructions and delivery requirements. Any amendments to labelling, packing requirements or delivery once the order is in production may result in additional costs or a delay in the agreed schedule. 
  • Most of our estimates are ex works, so any delivery costs will be charged as an extra. If you don’t have a credit account with us then a proforma invoice will be issued, this will need to be paid with cleared funds prior to production of your order. 
  • It would greatly assist us if a made-up sample of the job is sent in with your order, this will ensure there is no delay in production and will avoid the need for any additional costs.
  • Agreed schedules will assume your order will be arriving with us at a reasonable time on the expected day of arrival. Before midday would be helpful to us to achieve the schedules.
  • Goods in / Despatch is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm and closed for lunch between 12.30 and 1.00pm.
